Position information

Job nature: Full-time 

Age: 24-40 years old

Degree required: College Degree or Above 

Major: Mechanical related major ,marketing major or ecommerence businsiness major

Monthly salary: Negotiable(basic salary 4000+ sales commission)

Working hours: 5 days / week, 8 hours / day

Job Description

1.Get involve in the marketing operation mall stores, 1688, Jingdong ,  communicate with customers proficiently, and facilitate transactions.

2.Responsible for confirming customer  and ordering information, arranging delivery and assisting in after-sales issues.

3.Collect customer feedback Regularly , analyse customer demands , and  optimize customer service quality comprehensively.

Job Requirements

1.Familiar with the operation rules and procedures of 1688 and JD stores.

2.At least one-year  experience in e-commerce customer service and mechanical hardware product sales ,have data analysis abilities.

3.Good expression  and communication , have responsiblity, hardworking, and good teamwork cooperation ability.

4.Strong service awareness, modest and patient .

5.Familiar with basic computer operations,  use of office software expertly,such as WORD, EXCEL, and  can use chat tools.
